Sandra Bonzi was born and raised in Bolzano and has lived in Milan for over thirty years. She graduated in Political Science and worked as a journalist, in the field of communications in television (Fininvest Comunicazioni, Telepiù, Disney Channel), for cinema (Colorado, Albachiara Produzioni) and has written numerous columns in periodicals and newspapers (“GQ”, “Topolino”, “Witch”, “Donna Moderna”, “la Repubblica” and “L’Unità”). With her husband Claudio Bisio she wrote Doppio Misto – Autobiografia di coppia non autorizzata (Feltrinelli, 2008) and published Stress&TheCity (2012) for Rizzoli. In 2022 and 2023 she published Nove giorni e mezzo and Il mio nome è Due di Picche (Garzanti), the first books of a crime series, both optioned for a series TV.
