Manuela Mellini was born in Emilia Romagna in 1979, and currently lives between Berlin and Italy. She has been working as an editor, author and ghostwriter since 2004, writing on various topics from entertainment to sport, from art to history. She also compiles crossword puzzles. She is the author of two novels: Il colore dei papaveri (Piemme, 2016) and Tutta colpa di mia nonna (Baldini+Castoldi, 2019).
