Ilaria Tuti lives in Gemona del Friuli (Udine). She is the author of the best-selling saga with Teresa Battaglia as its protagonist, which was translated in more than 30 countries and adapted into a TV show by Publispei. In 2020, she published Fiore di roccia for Longanesi (winner of the Premio Letterario Nazionale per la Donna Scrittrice Rapallo Carige, the Premio della Montagna Cortina d'Ampezzo, and the Premio Speciale Dolomiti Unesco). She also published for Longanesi Come vento cucito alla terra (2022), Risplendo non brucio (2024) and her most recent novel Ed è un poco la notte e un poco l’alba (2026).
