Enrico Brizzi

Enrico Brizzi was born in Bologna in 1974. His debut bestseller novel, Jack Frusciante è uscito dal gruppo, was translated into twenty four languages and later released as a film.
A big fan of walking, he covered the great pilgrimage routes on foot; these trips have inspired his books Nessuno lo saprà (Mondadori, 2005), Il pellegrino dalle braccia d’inchiostro (Mondadori, 2007), Gli psicoatleti (Dalai, 2011), Il sogno del drago (Ponte alle Grazie - CAI, 2017). He won the Bancarella Sport Award with In piedi sui pedali  (Mondadori, 2014).
With Laterza he published two historical narrative essays dedicated to the champions and pioneers of football: Il meraviglioso giuoco (2015) and Vincere o morire (2016). His latest books for children published by DeA Planeta are also dedicated to the world of football: Felix e la squadra perfetta and Pepp, il mago di Porta Vittoria (September 2019).
His latest novel is Tu che sei di me la miglior parte (Mondadori, 2018).
